Primal Distance -Video interview with Biel Llinàs
Biel Llinàs is an interdisciplinary artist whose artistic practice investigates the relationship between being and building space by merging the fields of art creation, academic research, and cultural management. His work presents an opportunity for the public to engage with issues related to the growing precarisation of housing worldwide, with a peculiar focus on the City of Barcelona. The artist rethinks the dwelling space as a biopolitical terrain where subjective experiences, rituals and historical facts intersect.
The conversation is part of the project Primal Distance. Primal Distance is an online exhibition and a public programme curated and produced by LOOKING FORWARD in partnership with the City of Barcelona, Sant Andreu Contemporani, and Institut Ramon Llull.
